DUEY STROEBEL
DIVISIVE, EXTREME, AND OUT FOR HIMSELF.
DIVISIVE.
He crusades against women.
Stroebel voted against repealing Wisconsin’s 1849 abortion ban after celebrating the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision. Strobel even voted to require women to have medically unnecessary ultrasounds prior to abortions.
Stroebel was the only Senator, of either party, to vote against bipartisan legislation extending healthcare coverage for mothers in the months after they give birth.

EXTREME.
He works against protecting our water and our public lands.
Stroebel supported the bill that let corporate polluters off the hook for polluting our water with cancer-causing PFAS.
Despite being in a powerful position to intervene, Stroebel failed to act when the preservation of the beloved Cedar Gorge Clay Bluffs was anonymously blocked and nearly developed as real estate.

OUT FOR HIMSELF.
He takes for himself while voting against Wisconsin families.
Stroebel is a multi-millionaire developer who pushed for a landlord bill that would personally benefit himself. He avoids paying taxes himself while taking thousands in government subsidies.
“Wis. GOP lawmaker who sponsored sweeping landlord tenant bill would himself benefit from it,“ The Minnesota Star Tribune, 6/27/23; “House candidate Stroebel paid no state income taxes in 2009-’10,” Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, 5/8/14
